Internal Lining

Our cement mortar lining provides excellent corrosion protection for ductile iron pipes, ensuring long-term integrity and reliability. We offer various cement mortar lining options to suit different project requirements:

  • Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC)
  • Sulphate Resisting Cement (SRC)
  • Blast Furnace Slag Cement (BFSC)
  • High Alumina Cement (HAC)

Our polymeric lining provides superior corrosion protection and long-term durability for ductile iron pipes, even in the most demanding environments. We offer two types of polymeric lining:

  • Polyurethane (PU)
  • Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE)

External Lining

Our zinc coating, combined with a finishing layer of either bitumen or epoxy, provides excellent corrosion protection for ductile iron pipes in aggressive environments. The zinc coating acts as a sacrificial layer, while the bitumen or epoxy finishing layer adds additional protection and ensures long-term durability.

Our zinc aluminum coating, combined with a finishing layer, provides superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability for ductile iron pipes. The zinc aluminum coating offers enhanced protection against corrosion, while the finishing layer ensures optimal performance in various environmental conditions.

Our polymeric lining, specifically Polyurethane (PU) coating, provides superior corrosion protection and long-term durability for ductile iron pipes, even in the most demanding environments. The PU coating forms a seamless barrier that effectively protects the pipe surface from corrosion and abrasion.

BS EN 15189

Our polymeric lining, specifically Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating, provides excellent corrosion protection and long-term durability for ductile iron pipes. The FBE coating creates a tough, resilient barrier that protects the pipe surface from corrosion, abrasion, and mechanical damage.
