Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) of Ductile iron pipes manufactured by Jindal Saw is a standardized document informing about ductile iron pipe’s environmental and human health impact. EPD is based on the ISO 14025/ EN 15804:2012+A2:2019 standards, and the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). The goal of an EPD is to inform and communicate with customer, End users about a product’s environmental impact. An EPD is produced based on life cycle calculations and provides a quantitative basis for the comparison of products and services.
